We love our stockists and are always happy to share our products with new shops! Please read and familiarize yourself with the details outlined below, and contact us if you would like to carry Down in the Delta’s Artisan Jewelry!

*All wholesale customers must have a valid wholesale license.


Approval is needed before becoming a Down in the Delta Jewelry stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. If you don’t place a re-order within 6 months DitD will consider the stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity will be void.

On our website and social media outlets, you will be listed as a stockist who carries DitD jewelry, with links to your website/social media.


All of our products are handmade, original works of art. Due to the nature of our production methods, each product may vary slightly.


Some items are ONE-OF-A-KIND art pieces, so just that one unique item is available. They will be listed in the SPECIAL COLLECTION section of our jewelry. The SMASHED SPOON NECKLACES can be reproduced over and over again, with only slight variations. If you see an item that is marked “SOLD” and you like it, ask me about it. I can probably make another similar piece. That is exactly the reason I leave sold items up on the website. Jewelry in the MERMAID and A WALK IN THE WOODS sections are one-of-a-kind, but I’m always adding new pieces within these themes. If you see something you like in these sections, and you would like more, please feel free to ask me. I can sometimes duplicate these pieces. LEATHER CUFFS are one-of-a-kind. Again, this is artisan handmade jewelry, so they are individual pieces of original art to be worn. Most are embellished with a vintage brooch, vintage button, or other found treasure. These can not be reproduced, but I do always try to keep a good variety of sizes and styles available from which to choose. COPPER CUFF BRACELETS and COPPER EARRINGS can be reproduced in multiples.


Once you have applied and are accepted as a stockist, you can order by emailing ( a list of item numbers, product names, and quantities, or by telephone at 251-937-3572 Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time.

Upon receiving your order, we will send you a note with subtotal, then a digital invoice with total charges (+ shipping) when items have been weighed and are ready to ship. Items will ship once invoice has been paid.


Orders must be pre-paid via proforma invoice. We are not able to offer accounts at this time. Invoicing is through PayPal. You may pay electronically through that system, or print invoice and send a check in the mail. Goods will be held for a maximum of 21 days before being reallocated to another stockist. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.


Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any domestic orders over $750. We cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments through USPS. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges. If you require delivery by a certain date please discuss this when placing your order.


If the shipping box is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse it and notify us via e-mail immediately or telephone at 251-937-3572. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.


Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.


All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized stockists will receive 50% off the retail prices listed on our website. You are welcome to set prices in accordance with your local market and whatever factors work for your shop. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will not change prices on current orders that have been placed. We do not guarantee that our items will be priced full retail at all times on our website. We reserve the right to have sales, promotions, and price changes on our retail items at any time and for any reason at our discretion.


Minimum is $350 (Retail) plus freight for all new orders. Orders must be paid for before items are shipped out. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.


$200 minimum order is required for re-orders.


Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to within 48 hours.


This website is owned by Down in the Delta LLC, and subject to copyright. You may use our product photos in your promotional materials. We ask that any photos used on social media mention our brand and tag our account.


By purchasing our items wholesale, you agree to only sell our products on the website or physical location approved in your Wholesale Application. We do not allow selling on any other platforms (e.g. on Etsy, Amazon, Facebook, etc.).You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you listed on your initial application to Down in the Delta at the address given. Secondary stores must receive prior approval. Website and online sales must have prior approval by DitD. Even if your retail store has online sales attached you must receive separate approval for both outlets. Down in the Delta does not allow its products to be sold at online auction sites or through markets without written permission.


Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Down in the Delta. We do however reserve the right to list your store's contact details in listed stockists on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from Down in the Delta. Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed by our Payment Processor, PayPal.
