We offer several different wedding packages-everything from a quick "elopement" with no guests, to an all day wedding and reception affair with the rehearsal the day before.  We can accommodate up to 150 guests.  

Package One:  We Ran Away to the Woods!/no reception - $250 (up to two hours)

This is for those looking for the simple wedding, set among the gorgeous green woodlands of our property.  We have many different alcoves and grassy areas available for use.  Alternately, you can choose to say your vows underneath one of our majestic oak trees or in the forest at the foot of the twelve-foot tall Christian cross.  *Please note--the woodland areas are untouched natural forests and can be difficult to get around in wearing heels, due to tree roots and mud.  There is a gravel road leading to these areas.

  • The couple only with no guests.  (Up to four individuals allowed on the property, which includes the couple, officiant and photographer.)
  • No extra decorations allowed in the forest, however, *we do allow decorating options (with some limitations) at the big oak tree.
  • You schedule your officiant.  (We are happy to schedule an officiant for you if you do not have one in mind.  Their charge will be added as an "extra" in your final invoice.)
  • The maximum time on the property is two hours.
  • You provide your photographer.  (We have some that we can recommend if needed.)
  • This package includes the use of our antique podium.
  • Includes the use of one of our silk bridal bouquets, if needed.
  • All parties must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk form if choosing the woodlands setting.
  • Seating/tents not included.

Package Two:  Mom and Dad Found Out and They Want to be There Too!/no reception - $300 (up to two hours)

The setting is either in the woodlands, under the oak trees, at the foot of the twelve-foot tall Christian cross, or in the grassy field.

  • The couple with parents, officiant, and photographer on the property.  In the case of step-parents, up to four sets of parents will be allowed for each couple for a total of no more than twelve.
  • The maximum time on the property is two hours.
  • You provide a photographer.  (We have some that we can recommend if needed.)
  • Includes the use of our podium.
  • Includes the use of one of our silk bridal bouquets, if needed.
  • All parties must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk form if choosing the woodlands setting.
  • Seating/tents not included.
  • Small white 10' x 10' tent rental is available for an additional $50, or 10' x 20' for $75.  White tulle curtains may be added around the edges of the tent for an additional $75.

Package Three:  Country Setting Wedding with up to twenty guests - $500 (up to three hours)

The setting for this package is either under one of the grand oak trees, at the Christian cross in the forest, or in the grassy field.

  • The couple with parents, officiant, photographer and guest list of up to twenty.
  • The maximum time on the property is three hours.
  • You provide a photographer.  (We have recommendations if needed.)
  • You provide officiant.  (We have recommendations if needed.)
  • Includes use of our antique podium, and one of our silk bouquets if needed.
  • Waiver and Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk form will be signed.
  • Seating will be set up for guests.
  • Small white 10' x 10' tent rental is available for an additional $50, or 10' x 20' for $75.  White tulle curtains may be added around the edges of the tent for an additional $75.
  • If alcohol is going to be served, we require a Baldwin County Sheriff's Deputy to be on the property during reception hours.  This is an additional charge, by the hour, and is booked through the Sheriff's Department.

Package Four:  Country Setting Wedding with up to thirty guests - $600 (up to three hours)

  • Same as Package Three, but with more guests.

Tent Weddings-$2500 and up (Twelve hours)

Venue rental is $2,500 and includes twelve hours of time, including set up and clean up.  A non-refundable deposit of $500 holds the date.  A refundable security deposit of $400 and the balance of rental fee is required within 30 days of the wedding.

Tent rental is an additional fee.  We work closely with Miller's Grand Events.  They have tents in many sizes.  We can accommodate tents ranging from 30' x 30' up to 30' x 90', and a maximum number of 150 guests.  Tent weddings vary greatly, depending on how many guests are invited, and whether or not you are using the tent for wedding ceremony only, reception only, or both.  Other things to consider are whether or not you would like a bar, and/or dance floor.  We can coordinate with MGE (or other rental company) for deliveries and tent set up.

  • Use of *The Tiny House as bridal dressing suite before wedding - $100
  • Gothic Arched Window decoration (we hang) - $45
  • Antique Floor Candelabra (two available that are slightly different) $30 each or $50 pair
  • Antique Wicker Fern Stand -  $35
  • Antique Brass Church Candelabra w/snuffer - $40
  • Antique Small Crucifix - $15
  • Large Memo/Photo Board w/beige linen and pearl head pins - $30
  • Large Antique Wicker Flower Basket - $40
  • Small Vintage Wicker Flower Basket(s) (four available) - $10 each
  • Hanging Lanterns-various sizes/styles - $5  to $10 each
  • Large Arch - $50 (can be decorated with flowers)
  • Floral Arranging Service - Price varies.

*Cottage One and The Tiny House rentals are subject to availability.
